Just wanted to share in case anyone’s thinking about ordering from upaknship.com. My package showed up in great shape, and the packaging was better than I expected. The box was solid, taped up well, and nothing inside was shifting around or loose. No dents, no damage, no weird surprises. It actually felt like someone took the time to pack it properly instead of just throwing it together. I’d definitely order from them again, especially if you care about stuff arriving safely.

I swear I blinked and my order was already at my door. Shipping was way faster than I expected, and everything went smoothly with zero issues. i was weirdly excited about how quick it arrived.

I’ll admit, they did have a lot to choose from. I found the mailers and tape I needed without much trouble, so I can’t really complain

The boxes did the job for the most part, but a few of them felt flimsy. I was counting on them to make packing go smoothly, and instead I had to slow down and double up on some stuff because I didn’t trust them to hold. Not the worst, but definitely annoying when I had everything planned out.

I ordered a few packing supplies everything showed up just like I picked it. No missing stuff, no random wrong sizes, which I was definitely a little worried about?? Super simple overall, and the order was accurate. I’d use them again.

The site worked fine overall, and I didn’t have any major issues. I just wish the shipping info was easier to find. It feels like something most people would want to check quickly before ordering, so it would make sense to have it a bit more obvious.

I’ve used UpaknShip a few times now, they’ve been solid every time. The tracking is easy to follow, my packages showed up when they were supposed to, and nothing weird happened along the way... which is really all I’m hoping for. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I had to reach out to upaknship.com with a question about my order, and the customer service was fine overall. They did get back to me and were polite, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it took longer than I was expecting — which is always a little frustrating when you’re just trying to get a quick answer.
Once I finally got a response, they were able to help me out, so it wasn’t a huge problem in the end. I just wish the communication had been a little faster and clearer. Not terrible, not amazing either, 3 stars from me.
